Endorsements

MYDFL is looking for candidates who will advocate for young people and the policies we care about most. It doesn’t matter where you went to school, what you studied, your job, or how much money you have. We care about who you are and what you stand for.

MYDFL works to support candidates running for office in Minnesota who share our values and vision for a better world. This means uplifting the voices of young people, people of color, women, members of the LGBTQ+ community, low-income folks, and other marginalized communities.

We offer an equal opportunity endorsement. If you’re running for office and fill out our endorsement questionnaire, we'll review your responses as thoroughly as we would any other candidate.

Endorsed candidates receive the full support of MYDFL and our members, who are excited to help elect the next generation of progressive leaders.

Candidates do not need to be under the age of 36 to apply for endorsement.
